A blood check have only revealed that I hold a low fast sugar glycaemia, and an unexpected (low) thyroid?

can anyone tell me what this is? What the symptoms are?etc As a talk with my GP is some path off.
Answers:    "Low fasting sugar glycaemia" just process that your fasting blood sugar was low.
thyroid is also know as hypothyroid. Hypothyroid and hyper/hypoglycemia are surprisingly common together. Your thyroid, an endocrine gland, have many important functions, including the regulation of your metabolism. Your doctor will probably put you on a thyroid medication. Synthroid (levothyroxine) is the most common. Don't verbs - people don't die from underactive thyroid. It's much more dangerous to have an overactive thyroid. Some symptoms of hypothyroid are counterbalance gain, fatigue, brittle hair and nails, itchy skin, muscle cramps, etc.

As for your low fasting blood sugar, that can usually be controlled by intake many small meals throughout the day to prevent your blood sugar from going too low. Also, you should try to avoid foods immensely high in carbohydrates. Carbs make blood sugar spike and afterwards drop off very quickly within hypoglycemic individuals.
