Answers: I eat alot and dont exersice really and am at a glowing weight so i had the same thought. ( i exercise purely -not as much in the summer)
re an athletic teenager. It's pretty much guaranteed that you're going to devour a lot. For teens, the recommended daily caloric intake is more like 2300-2500, depending on hum level. Your body is going through a lot of changes and growth right very soon, which takes a LOT of energy. How does your body get its joie de vivre? Food! Also, since you play tennis, your body needs a higher number of calories to keep its activeness level up. Again, food.
So the snacking is perfectly normal and is in truth a good way to get your calorie level up to their proper amount. My only suggestion would be to replace some of your snacks (like the cookies, chips, and/or pretzels) with more fruits and veggies. You'll get more nutrient convenience out of healthier snacks, which will help your body do its best!
i am eating cheese puffs right now.
