Am I at risk for developing diabetes from intake deeply even if I hold a lofty metabolism?
I'm on a weight training program and I eat slightly more than I burn, although I rarely gain any round and if I do I can burn it off easily. I eat going on for five to six decent sized meals per day. I also back up drinking a lot of water and peeing about six times a daylight which I believe are precursors for diabetes. I'm just curious if all of this leaves me at a higher risk for diabetes or is of late a natural result of all of the food I'm eating.
Answers: You pee and drink profoundly not simply when you are diabetic. This is to do with your kidneys.
ng and drinking a lot is not a precursor to diabetes it is a sign that you might already have it and your kidneys are trying to operate with all the waste (acid) your body is producing as a result.
Your kidneys can work this unyielding if there are other waste products in your body. Your kidneys are the pure waste disposal organs of your body. With eating six times a day you probably do enjoy six times as much drinking and peeing to do to keep your body healthy.
Everyone is at risk no matter what they do or chomp through but you are lower in risk by doing the things you do. Just don't eat lots of junk food or sweets. I didn't construe I was at risk until it was to late. Sodas be the downfall.
