A instrument to break the communication almost have diabetes?
Had to do a fasting for my glucose reading because it was higher than mundane. Went and got 190 something. Doctor then referred me to someone and talked around getting meds for $4 at Krogers and having Diabetes classes. However, she did not just straight out say if I have it or not. Should this be assumed right this second or wait painfully until I see the other doctor?
Answers: I would deliberate you do have diabetes. Generic prescriptions are $4 at a lot of drug stores, so she's probably referring to something like Metformin. That's pretty inexpensive. 190 fast is pretty high, but mine is almost always higher when I first obtain up than it is at 7pm when I get home from work.
ou do what they tell you, this can be not too big a deal. You hold to watch out for carbohydrate and fried food is not your friend. If you have a potato skip the bread, pasta is no longer an entree, watch your portions and carry some exercise. Take the meds, test your blood and skip the candy and booze and you'll probably do fine.
I have to admit I lately ate some red Twizzlers, which are fat free but have too many carbs not to be a breakfast time.
I have had my doctor tell me and refer me to classes but since I hold had it for years and just started getting serious about my sugar level I have been able to lower them near exercise and eating right. Today it was 202 but I did walk for a mile but did chomp through some m and ms. My doc has me on glipizide, avadia, metaformin and linsporil. I dont take the avandia anymore because its a health hazzard. But if close to today I will eat and take meds if its over 180 or so. But I am not too sure about the item at Kroger that you are talking about unless its some type of supplement. Anyways thats about it.
As of now,you can control your blood glucose level by eating right and exercising. This is why your doctor recommended going to classes to show you how to eat right.
I hope that you will go to these classes and achieve your blood sugar under control before you do any more damage to yourself.Having to pocket those pills will cause you to gain weight and it`s hard as hell to lose mass.
