It's not common to hold dignified blood sugar previously drinking anything for breakfast is it?

I just went to the chiropractor this morning and they took some kind of a blood sugar eyeshade on me. They said I had too much sugar in my system. I am pregnant and I was going to return with do the test for gestational diabetes next week but now I am pretty sure that I enjoy it. Because that is what they do for the test, right? Don't they have you swiftly for 3 hours or something? So my blood sugar shouldn't have been high from the previous darkness, right?
Answers:    A fasting blood sugar shouldn't be big. Normal range is 60-120, and over 125, especially when you haven't eaten, indicates diabetes. But, only a doctor can correctly diagnose you.
you budge to get tested for gestational diabetes, they have you drink this sugary stuff, then you enjoy to wait in the waiting room for a few hours, then they exam your blood. Don't worry, even if you do have gestational diabetes, you shouldn't continue to enjoy it after your baby is born.

However, if you do have gestational diabetes during your pregnancy, you are at an increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes later on within life, so make sure you are making healthy choices. Good luck and congrats!
Hello Joy, I am also Joy...and I just have to answer a question from a "fellow Joy"! I agree with everything everyone has said; you are already taking well brought-up care of yourself since you are already scheduled for a glucose tolerance test subsequent week. Good for you! and yes, you're right, if your fasting blood sugar is above 110, you are likely a gestational diabetic. and yes, you are at higher risk for developing type II diabetes next in life, especially with a kith and kin history of DM. You are also at greater risk if you give birth to a large baby, greater than 9# birth immensity. Much good luck to you and your baby. Source(s): I am a nurse practitioner.
Before consumption anything for breakfast the sugar must be normally about 80 to 120
I would definately jump see your OB/doctor.
diabetic i know that my blood sugar is high of a morning if i dont have the right insulin dose when i eat dinner

I hope adjectives goes well and you have a good-looking lil baby.
i'm pretty sure if it is diabetes they will only get you to appropriate tablets not injections (so u dont have to worry about the needles)
Hi Joy,
ratulations on your pregnancy! You didn't say how far along you are, but of course being pregnant cause a lot of changes - hormonal as well as required weight gain. If you didn't have diabetes before, you might own gestational diabetes. High blood sugar before breakfast is a fair indicator.

If you have gestational diabetes, it's okay. You'll only just have to be more careful with what you drink and test your blood sugars until the baby is born. Your diabetes should go away after that.

There's a free report on diabetes available at the website below.

Hoping all goes all right with you and your baby! Source(s): http://ControlDiabetesForLife.com/what-you-need-to-know/
