(PLEASE HELP!!) Is this site for low sodium a hoax?
Me and my dad have diabetes and are now trying to start a new drinking plan with foods low in sodium and came across this site http://healthyheartmarket.com. Now I could be contained by some little guidance from you guys and would be very grateful on your help. Now my obvious request for information is Healthy Heart Market a hoax site.
Answers: Well it's a commercial site trying to sell you low sodium foods, in my opinion you don't requirement it, the most important thing you and your dad can do is to read the nutrional labels on foods and try to cut backbone on your sodium intake, it should be about 2500mg's a day (that's about a teaspoon) you don't involve any more than that since your getting lots of sodium in the other foods your purchase.
