Am I hypoglycemic, diabetic, both or nil at adjectives?

I have had a some episodes where I gain very disoriented, almost a drunk feeling. I get shaky, my heart race, I have trouble doing a task, especially writting. There has even be a few times where I was seeing black dots and losing my vision. Most of the time when I relax or devour a little bit I feel better. One time my blood pressure was 160/100, and I know that's not polite! In the past few months I have also been losing sense in my hands, like they're asleep, ... a tingly sentiment, especially in the morning while I am getting ready for work.What kind of specialist would I requirement to go see to figure this out? Help please! I have no belief what's going on... thanks a lot :)
