Ok! So, I am 21 years old, weight 207.5 lbs. Last Sunday (i was 210 lbs final sunday) I asked for help trying to be organized and remembering to take my pills.
really trying presently and since Saturday I've started excersising and eating what I think is better...
All i need is some support, like just let me know of a buffet I can eat. I work at a restaurant so its kind of hard consumption reeaaalllly healthy, but i am really trying!
**Just root for me, and if you know of a whole meal I can munch through you are more than welcome to let me know of it before i return with bored of the food i'm eating and go back to the elderly habits!

So - one slice of grainy bread near sliced tomato, lettuce and pepper is good. So is a huge salad with some flaked tuna, or one or two slices of lite ham.
