5 hour blood sugar question paper, can I enjoy coffee surrounded by morning?

I have to have a 5 hour blood sugar test surrounded by the morning, does anyone know if I can I have coffee in morning?

If it is a fasting test where you cannot guzzle or drink (except water) after a certain time at night then you shouldn't own coffee, but if not then it should be ok as long as you don't use anything sweet in it
Caffeine can raise your blood sugar, cause the test results to be in error. Since caffeine RAISES blood sugar, you could be misdiagnosed as diabetic when you are not.
