hey i am really overweight so i was following a diet which is consuming 1400 calories!! but today (this is like the second time) i ate about 3500 calories!! i considered necessary to throw up but i couldnt do it i felt so weak.................THE problem is that my mom is paying for my food ( i am eating food from a diet center) i really grain down........i think i will never lose weight :(:( and make everybody proud of me and spawn the guys look at meeeeeeeeee.........if you advis to throw up how could i do it i dont have the guts to do so
