19:45, i checked my blood glucose levels. It be 7.8
taking longer to get with-in it's normal range as i ate carbohydrates?
Ive checked 2hours after ingestion a meal before, it came out as a able-bodied 5.5.
Answers: you cannot diagnose yourself with a blood glucose meter. The only way to determine diabetes is through lab work (draw blood and get something done tests). Consumer Reports did an article back in their Sept. 2008 magazine on glucose meters and found some to be inaccurate.
