A ask for diabetics next to Type 2 Diabetes.?
I was just diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, but luckily I don't enjoy to use Insulin, and I can't find anyone who can or will tell me much about Type 2, Can anyone tell me where on earth I can find the information i'm looking for, help? And can I have a star and a hug?

Yes, please take a hug! There is a lot of information on Type 2 Diabetes. You have to rework how you eat and make sure you get moderate exercise, approaching walking 40 minutes a day. For food, stick with egg whites for breakfast, green vegetables and lean meats for lunch and dinner. Skip adjectives white foods (white bread, pasta, rice and potatoes).
