Am i at risk for diabetes? I hold hypoglycemia?

ok i have hypoglycemia. i went to the doc last tuesday and my blood sugar be .69
so have only had 1 to hand faint attack
( i have to have sugar contained by my system if i start to get light headed because i hold LOW blood sugar)
Answers:    hypoglycemia is not a condition but is rather a result of something approaching too much insulin or forgetting to eat. it's not a chronic issue but something that can happen to everyone every now and afterwards. the mayo clinic says "Like fever, hypoglycemia isn't a disease itself." besides, 69 isn't even that low. in reality it's pretty much normal. you're not even close to being at risk for t1 diabetes. if anything, with a few instances of hypoglycemia, you're at risk for t2 so keep watch on your weight and diet. You hold hypoglycemia [low blood sugar] which is not super common, but not a life shattering problem. I'm guessing that you're pretty slender and that your dietary habits are a bit sporatic.

You're fine, but involve to eat or you'll feel crumby.

did you check this with your doc and did she/he run any tests. I was experiencing the effects of hypoglycemia my doc sent me for blood work including the A1C experiment. when the bloodwork came back she sent me for the 2 hr glucose tolerance test which comfirmed diabetis.
I think that I read that for hypoglycemia is devout to drink Licorice tea...you may want to try it, it tastes good too.
