Alright adjectives u diabetics :o) Splenda Or Equal?

Now heres a question that will ruffle any true diabetic's feathers! I myself prefer EQUAL dude.. no after taste, sweet and true like sugar. What roughly speaking you!?

Neither, I still take 1 teaspoon of sugar contained by my coffee 4+ times a day and all my test come final good, I am diet controlled type 2, partner is type 2 taking 3 metformin per day and would do without sugar a bit than take sweeteners as they make him feel sick. Lots of sweeteners hold been banned in USA because the hold aspartame in them and they think it can cause cancer. If he does embezzle sweetener he prefers the unknown make from the Pound Shop.

efer naturally sweetened products. There is no artificial product made that can compete with natural products when it comes to your form. I don't live to eat anymore... I eat to live.

I prefer Equal/aspartame. Splenda's OK too but it has an aftertaste for me, and I can vouch for aspartame's safety as I've be consuming quite a bit for the last 25 years.

Splenda. I don't have diabetes but my mom does (type 2-3..the one which lone needs meds, not shots)
splenda...but i just tried truvia and i'd enjoy to say that it beats splenda and equal.
also type 1, I prefer equal....

Splenda, because the others have aspertame and that has be proven to give falso neuropathy symptoms and also mimic the start of MS, strange rashes that will not go away etc. It is amazing how masses people are sensitive to asparteme.
