For myself, I think that in the daytime, I often snack when I should be drinking river, then when I am ready for bed or when I wake up, I realize that I am thirsty.

I try to drink more hose down during the day so it is not such a great craving at night.

Also, as mentioned by the people above, especially if you own not been tested for diabetes, please check with your physician.
It happens to me too if I'm not watching what I eat during the time. I don't get thirsty during the day, but I'll wake up surrounded by the middle of the night dying of thirst. I'm prediabetic, though being thirsty at night does not necessarily have it in mind that you are.
You might want to ask a doctor about that one. Excessive thirst can be a symptom of diabetes. Are you urinating frequently as well? I would get checked out to be undamaging. Another possiblility is if you eat alot of foods high in sodium throughout the light of day. Your body could be needing some hydration from too much salty food. Maybe alter your diet and see if you get any bright results. Hope this helps!
I am not diabetic. I always consistency thirsty at night too, way more thirsty at bedtime than any other time of the day. I regard it's just a habit.
