A grill roughly a friend's medical condition?

i have a friend who suffered a heart attack a while back, and he's only 20 years behind the times!! he went to several doctors in his town and they all give him different diagnoses.. so he still doesn't know what caused him to have a heart attack! and now they get him on nerve medicine, taking stuff like Xanax too preserve him from having another heart attack.. but he still doesn't know what's wrong with him!
i suggested he finds better doctors in other towns or states, but he can't do that cuz he doesn't enjoy enough insurance, and said that it's really hard for him to get it since human being treated in another town or state makes ur insurance go path up!
ds close to he need another opinion. take him to the hospital even if you own to wait hours
It could be a congenital heart defect. Otherwise I am unsure without any other information, sorry dear : (
