10 Heart Transplant Steps! Quick!?

Hi I really need help! I need someone to bring up to date me the heart transplant procedure in 10 steps. I'm talking about approaching how the surgeon does the actual surgery. Thanks my test will be tomorrow and I really need to know (have been really busy these olden few weeks).
