Probably one of the best that I've see:
Concentrate on learning what a normal EKG looks like and the timings as to be precise the foundation of EKG interpretation.
Depending on how much time you have look at:
ricular tachycardia (VT)
Ventricular fibrillation (VF)
Asystole
Atrial ectopics (AEs, also known as SVEs = supraventricular ectopics)
al fibrillation (AF)
1st, 2nd (Mobitz 1 & 2) & 3rd (complete) heart block
Sinus arrhythmia, sinus tachycardia and sinus bradycardia
Myocardial Infarctions (MIs) and how to locate them
Ischaemic changes
Bundle branch blocks (BBBs)
Sinus arrest
Pauses
-Galong-Levine etc
You don't really need the last section and probably won't enjoy time for those anyway :)
