21 daylight heart monitor at 15....?

Im 15 and had the holter monitor a month ago due to chest pain and palpation's along with a constant heart rate of 90+, the reading turned out "okay" but in that was an area where i be doing absolutely nothing and my heart rate spiked for no reason so immediately i have to wear one for at least 21 days. My question is, could this of late be stress and im just wasting my time, is there any way of getting descent sleep beside all the wires on, and will this finally give me an answer? ive had every other question paper you can think of and its getting annoying to not have an answer when im in niggle nearly everyday. Help please?
Answers:    Many types of arrythmias (abnormal heart rhythms) come and go on their own. Often times, in order to "catch" the episode to be capable of diagnose it, you have to wear a monitor for an extended period of time. Once the doctors know the type of rhythm you are experiencing during one of your episodes, they can then treat it. Sleeping might be annoying, but similar to anything else (headgear, anyone?) you'll get used to it. Stress can certainly precipitate arrythmias but that doesn't mean that's what stirring to you. Do what your doctor recommends. Source(s): CV RN
