17 year out-of-date girl heart problem? Please aid me I'm scared out of your wits?

Hi there, I am a 17 year old British female
days gone by few years I have had what I think may be heart palpitations. It happen only when I am doing sport and really exerting myself, I am not overweight and am in the teams but I'm not super fit. I consider myself regular but sometimes when I am running for the ball etc my heart suddenly starts beating very markedly fast I have never taken my bpm at the time because I am in the middle of a meeting. I have to sit/crouch down as I feel breathless and lightheaded. It goes away in about 1-2 minutes and then I can carry on fine.

However the other morning I was walking (quite fast, I was on a mission haha) around a outstandingly steeply inclined town in the heat and it happened again. So I have to sit down, and my friend was like WOW I can see your heart coming out your chest. So I was close to okay maybe I should go and see someone about this. I do not drink coffee, I do drink tea comparatively a bit only sometimes up to 2 cups a day...I have a relatively decent diet, not into sweets/choc, am more of a savory girl. I have always felt fine but this one have been different. For the past few days now I own felt often breathless and unable to fulfill my lungs. My airway feel like is constricted and my chest feels tight and like within is a weight ontop of it. Its better when I lie down, and sometimes I'm fine. This has never happen after a heart episode before and I don't know whether its related, I went to the weekend doctor and he checked my blood pressure, heart beat and breathing-all okay. I of late checked my bpm a few minutes ago and it was around 109, which I did because it felt quite hurried to me, I think its slowed down a bit now. The doc gave me an inhaler to see if it would relieve my chest a bit, which I regard it does, I don't know if its more pyshcological. I was very slightly asthmatic when I was immature and he said I could be or hayfever/pollen could have brought it on...so they could be separate but my heart still feels odd sometimes and also my eyes repeatedly have green sploges you know like when your about to lightheaded...all I want is some idea because I am really worried :( also when my heart feels a bit speedy (not the proper palpitations but recently when I've had this breathing thing) my stomach beats visibly as okay, and this is when I'm resting. I feel quite tired and unable to do things when this is adjectives happening. I may also be a bit of a hypocondriac so I could be making it worse...I couldn't get an appointment with the doctor untill thursday and the w/e doc said I should try and grasp to A&E next time the palpitations are there, but they dont last long plenty...so is a blood test going to see whats wrong even if I my heart it normal at the time? Also the other day someone accidently knock my neck so could this have damaged my windpipe? It wasnt that doomed to failure at the time and I cant remember when it happened but I think this breathing thing be way after. Also the heart thing doesnt ALWAYS happen when Im doing sport solely sometimes...not that often...and it is usually (maybe always i cant think) when I seem to do some sort of irregular movement with my arms/chest (like swinging my arm out) and I feel all breathless and wheezy when I do that and afterwards something clicks and my heart goes. PLEASE HELP ME THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCE I am so scared...

It sounds like a type of tachycardia which is adjectives in adolescent and often isn't go threatening but needs to be treated, so see a doctor. Blood tests won't show anything with tachycardia because tachycardia have to do with the electrical system of the heart.
Besides the common things like stress, caffeine, and so on, there are 2 other things that pop to mind.
1. When my blood sugar get low (I am not diabetic), I get the splotches in front of my eyes and palpitations
have mitral stopcock prolapse, which was discovered when I was having crazy palpitations approaching that.

If it is your mitral valve, it's usually not that big of a deal. I don't require any treatment.

Here's a intertwine about it:
