Can someone communicate me around my heart or other organ that could possibly be tattered?
Hi, my name is David and I am certainly concerned about my condition. I am pretty sure I have high blood pressure but that is solely the beginning of my concern. Well I guess to begin with I should explain why I may be worried or reasons of being scared of possibly dying. Well when I dance out into public or out for a walk with some friends I usually get concrete shaky and nervous about things. I guess it is some sort of anxiety. It was legitimate bad before back within January I had anxiety attacks that were so bad I started to own panic attacks. I went to the hospital for it in February. After that I never have one again for some reason. They prescribed me ativan which is for my nerves. I have only taken one of them since consequently. I am still to this day having heart problems. They usually occur at dark. I will wake from a dead sleep with my heart stopped for a brief second and next it will beat again real fast for a bit. My heart rate get very weak and slows down until i switch from one side to another after I wake up. Then it speeds up solid fast and feels like its going to stop. After just about 30 seconds it'll finally slow down and I can get back to sleep again. I'll plead guilty lately I haven't been to active and have be eating unhealthy but that is not the motive. I used to be a heavy drinker for almost a year straight until I started having anxiety attacks which was January close to I mentioned. I also used to take protein mix/ other supplements to help build muscle which I stopped taking back surrounded by March. I dont go to the bathroom as well as I used to I think I messed some organs up next to a combination of the six star muscle building milk shake mix and the heavy alcohol drinking I did about every other night. Some times my heart pulse get very weak and quite frankly it get pretty darn scary at times. I have no ideal what could be wrong beside me but I am hoping someone here can please pleeeeeaaaaasssse help me with any information that may help me get hold of through this. I would greatly appreciate it. omg plzzzzzz help me! I am only 22 years old I regard I am too young to die from some natural cause but afterwards again I am no doctor... Sadly I have no insurance right now and bills are sooo much now its rediculous. I enjoy a 800$ bill for a ekg! I feel lucky to have made it this far :-/
Answers: Hey David.
I think you should go to your gp and have him listen to your heart and/or supply you a referral to a cardiologist. A cardiologist can listen to your heart, they can give you a stress test and they can hook you up to a halter to monitor your heart outside of the office.
If these test come back normal then you can speak to your gp about getting a different med for stress and anxiety. I have heard that effexor is great for generalized stress.
pe everything is fine.
To the poster above me, you enjoy nothing to worry about. It is clearly normal for your heart rate to change with your breathing cut-out. If it changed in the opposite direction of what you described then it would be a problem. Google sinus arrythmia if you want more information.
Well David, I hold to say that does sound like a serious problem. I enjoy something similar. Normal heart beats beat at a steady pace, while mine beat really fast when I breath in and slows down dramatically when I exhale. It gets to the point that I receive a pulse throughout my whole body and it beats extremely hard on the slowest overpower. Sometimes it palpitates too. Unfortunately I haven't gotten mine checked yet. So I can't tell you what it may be. But you definitely call for to get on some insurance so you can go.
