148/46 blood pressure, what does this be set to?

I read that it could be isolated hypertension, but im 25, quit smoking almost a year ago. I workout 4-5 days a week, eat healthy. I'm 5'8" about 175#s, low body margarine 8%. I don't have a stressful life either. Just wondering getting a touch concerned its always high/low. I am pretty muscular, I was wondering if adding muscle would affect your bp and how it would show up? appreciation for the help.
Answers:    That blood pressure reading is wrong. The 148 is stage 1 hypertension and the 46 is really low. Try a new monitor or the cuff size could be wrong which would throw off reading.
ow my arms don't fit properly in the store or mall testers so I get strange reading like that as well.

Also, it is possible to have glorious blood pressure without all of those traditional risk factors. A virtuous number of cases are genetic. Also caffine will raise your BP too.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and speak that possibly the cuff was the wrong size for your arm. Because you say you have muscular arms, you may want a larger cuff to get accurate readings. OR, the person taking the blood pressure did it incorrectly.
r this reading, did they try using another cuff or try to go and get a reading on your other arm?
