sh does not mention this, but you should also avoid MSG and aspertame and other food additives.

I lost 50 pounds by simply changing my choice of foods to follow a low fat vegetarian plan. You don't requirement to go 100% vegetarian, just mostly lacto-vegetarian.

Make sure he get at least 8 hours of well brought-up sleep.

He should avoid soda pop and drink lots of water.
Unfortunately, stress is not the only factor involved in hypertension, diet also plays a key role, as well as sleep and exercise..
mal nutrition would help your dads body to heal itself of hypertension. The vitamin/mineral supplements on grocery store shelves don't do much, but within is a supplement that can. Our bodies were made to naturally clean and treat itself given the proper nutrition. Because we don't get enough nutrients from the foods we eat today, here are so many diseases and health problems, such as hypertension.

My mother and mother in-law used to suffer from hypertension, but since taking these natural vigour supplements, they are no longer!

Here's to good strength!

Well I watched on TV and they said that consumption grapes help lower your blood pressure. You can google this.
Diet and exercise is the two biggest things that one can do to hang on to their blood pressure under control.
toring your blood pressure daily maybe a strain, but it can help you keep your blood in check every time and it can also help you decide what you are going to eat or the type of exercise you will do for that daytime.
Walking is one of the best low impact exercises we can do. Walking three times a week for one hour a each time is the optimum work out walk for someone, but if you can not walk that long them start out slow and perchance at twenty minutes a day three times a week working to an hour. Weight lifting to is good for building muscle tissue which in turn help to burn fat and sugar from the body as well as keeping the blood flow threw the body running good and strong which within turn helps to keep ones blood pressure down.
If you dad is a smoker, he needs to stop, no amount of diet and exercise is going to be as impressive as we would like if one is still smoking, that in it's own right will cause him more problems that can organize to strokes and possible death not to mention a lost of circulation in ones body leading up to some definite problems like a lost of ones limbs, foot, legs and still possibly death.
Take adjectives these things in to consideration when working on a plan for your dad. Remember though it is hard for one to do the things they need to do when at hand is no support, if your family does the same things your dad does on a daily baisis it will be easier for him to stick to what he desires to do, and every one will feel good about them selves.
Good luck and pinch care....Keep the Faith....peace....
