High blood pressure lend a hand?
What are the risks for blood pressure of 166 over 107. What can happen and what can I do to lower this number?
Answers: the best way is you should go to a doctor and acquire an advice.
there are drugs to reduce glorious BP.you should meet a doctor.
Anyone with a blood pressure higher than 140/90 is considered borderline hypertension, you enjoy high blood pressure for sure so you need to see a Dr. In the mean time cut out brackish, that includes diet soda which is loaded with sodium (salt), cut back on caffeine which will raise your BP, cut out stress, no smoking if you smoke and do some exercise if you don't exercise much. Read label for salt content. High BP can cause stroke or heart attack. It can also just reduce to rubble the heart over time until you finally have a heart attack. Your number is way too high and the best process of lowering it right away is no salt and drink lots of water to flush out the salt surrounded by your body. Be sure to see a Dr. and stop worrying (worry causes stress). Source(s): retired paramedic
I had high blood pressure (about 150/110) concluding year for several months even though it didn't seem to cause any noticeable symptoms. My doctor have me reduce sodium intake to under 2000 mg per day. I did that for a couple of months and the pressure go down some (about 140/90). It seems I was somehow eating a poor diet big in transfats, saturated fats, and big cholesterol, which over time caused arteriosclerosis and it caused a partial blockage in a heart artery. Then I experienced some angina while jog and that led to a stent put in an artery in my heart. After that I have a good rehab program with meds where I bookish how to keep my cholesterol, transfat, and saturated fat intake down while consumption more fish, and I exercise 30 minutes every day. My blood cholesterol went from 270 a year ago down to 135 and my blood pressure is still a little lofty,(about 130/80) but much better than a year ago. I had no idea I was consumption such a poor diet until I went through all that. Several things that I would recommend to anyone now is to stop ingestion butter, cheese, and ice cream altogether. Nonfat milk and yogurt is the way to go for calcium except soy milk. Eat only very lean meat such as beef that is 90% grease free or better, chicken, turkey, or fish. Forget all those fatty foods like pizza, bacon cheeseburgers, and ribs. Eat more vegetables and one of the most harmless and beneficial foods is total grain cereals and breads. Frozen fruit bars formulate a low cal and fat free desert.
