o What cause the heart rate to increase during a disagree to flight response?

Feeling frightened by something or feeling un-easy about something can cause it. I know, it happen to me all the time. I get chest pain and I start to freak out going on for it and my heart starts to race and pound. I have panic disorder.
The 'Fight or Flight' responce, under control of the sympathetic nervous system and hypothalamus activate the adrenal medulla - this is what cause increased heart rate, increased pupil size, dialation of the brochi and boosting of blood and glucose to the heart and muscles.
