24 hour holtar moniter question paper?
Im going to get hooked up to a holtar moniter today, and was wondering if anyone knew what i cant guzzle before? also my mom said i cant wear anything on my skin, cremes, deodorant, etc. does that mean no mascara? also they say to wear a button up shirt but i dont hold one, will a zip up with nothing lower than it do?
Answers: You can eat anything you want. You may wear mascara, mascara, etc but do not put anything on the chest, arm, or stomach area where the electrodes will be hooked up. A button up shirt is the best, if you don't have one borrow one. The zipper may interfere next to the moniter.

You can, and should, eat as normal. They aim not to wear anything on your chest, in terms of creams etc because the electrodes won't adhere capably.
You can wear whatever you want... it'll just be easier to attach if you're wearing a zipper or button up.
