Answers: Why are you asking on here, when you should go to your Dr and get a check up to be on the safe side.
The normal pulse rate of a resting character is 60-100 beats per minute(bpm). Pulse rate over and above100 bpm may be taken seriously. Heart palpitations can be caused by:
* Anxiety, stress, fear
* Fever
* Caffeine, nicotine, cocaine, diet pills
* Overactive thyroid
* Hyperventilation
* Low level of oxygen in your blood
* Medications such as thyroid pills, asthma drugs, beta blockers, or anti-arrhythmics. (Medications to treat an irregular heart rhythm will sometimes cause a different irregular rhythm).
* Mitral valve prolapse, a condition surrounded by which the valve that separates the left upper chamber (atrium) from the left lower chamber (ventricle) of the heart does not close properly

if the doctor would have notice something very abnormal thus causing your duration being in danger... im sure he wouldnt keep on 2 weeks to you tell that something is wrong. you would of known the worst news without delay. im pretty sure that you are fine!! the chest tightning and the heart palpitations are due to your high level of anxiety caused by the anticipiation of getting the results from your doctor. you are simply worried, scared and trust me, the chest tightness and and heart palpitations you are experiencing have nothing to do near the lumps you have. you checked your heart rate right in the middle of a panic attack which obviously its going to be extremely high. once you calm down your over-anxious mind, check your rate again, and you will notice that your heart rate will be wager on to normal. relax, woman!! :) you are totally fine! take care! Source(s): personal experience...im an expert on nouns attacks! lol!
go and see your doctor hunny, these sound like hysterics attacks, stress and anxiety about something.
It could be panic attacks, or a integral bunch of other conditions.
your doctor as soon as possible. If the pain gets unbearable, name an ambulance.
Starting with the chest pain; normal heart rate is between 60-100, so 89 isn't deviant. Heart rate will of course rise to meet the demands of the body. It sounds like you could be describing anxiety episodes, however this requirements to be evaluated, see your GP and he will run tests.
The breast lumps of course need evaluating too. Most breasts lumps are safe benign cysts but occasionally they can be cancerous. Perhaps you are anxious about this and this is causing you anxiety?
ee your GP. It's probably just anxiety but it best to get these things checked out. Do you enjoy pains anywhere else or other symptoms?
On one extreme it could be anxiety
On another extreme it could be signs of a severe heart disease such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. I've have your exact symptoms and I'm on the hypertrophic extreme.
ou have problems with this tightness at indisputable times like during exercise or walking up a hill or long stairs?
Do you have a heart murmur? Any doctor can relay you.
Do you have theses attacks when you lay down particularly after a spread? A full stomach and shifting your wieght to your back both put pressure on your heart and associated organs.
Heart problems can only be diagnosed with test. No one on this forum will be able to tell you any more.
I would see your GP.
