Answers: Food doesnt basis it, some people eat healthily and still have elevated cholesterol. Others who eat chips and fatty foods have normal cholesterol. You can lessen it a little by eating healthy but not other, take lots of exercise, dont smoke, but even then you may need drugs to decrease it.
