Can anyone read an ECG?
I have to wait a month for the doctor to tell me what my ECG say and I would like to know now
Answers: I presume he also have the ECG? A month for that sort of appointment seems a little odd. A phone send for to the practice might enable you to establish whether the result is normal.
Your EKG can be read by anyone, but should be evaluated by a cardiologist.
nth is a really long time. It's going to take the cardiologist a minute or two to look at it.
The adjournment is in the nonsense paperwork and insurance submission.
Good luck
Yes of course, but an ECG certainly has to be seen, not just the computer results. Your ECG will be analysed and if within is anything concerning on it they will call you in sooner. Source(s): Cardiac Nurse
That seems absurd. Why so long? Your PCP should be capable of give you a basic interpretation and if he/she sees some abnormality, refer you to a cardiologist for a more detailed interpretation.
Are you having chest backache or any other symptoms or was this for a basic health screening/physical ?
