Can anybody oblige me beside my moms dr I entail support beside this grill?
My mother is on heart medications and other medications vital to her powerfully being. Her previous DR left the practice and mom was assigned a trial DR. Her new dr told my mom that she will only refill her RX'S once one per month and mom is immediately required to wait 32 days before being given her subsequent refill. This means my mother is now one asked to not take her medications for at least two days every month,we found this out when mom needed her heart meds fill her new dr said she must wait a total of 32 days meaning she is individual order off heart medications for 2 days.. This does not nouns legal and it also sounds very dangerous to fool around near a woman's heart medications. Her Dr is in major hospital..Who can I speak next to at the hospital about forcing my to this mandatory 2 days of no meds.Please serious answers only.. I am beside myself at what to do, can anybody advise me ?
Answers: I can't believe this is true, she should have them 32 days supply if she is going to only donate them every 32 days. The only medications that can not be written for six months worth of scripts at a time or narcotics. If the other meds are narcotics then her not innards more than one month at a time and only on a monthly basis is perfectly decriminalized. The scripts do not have to be written on the same script pad. Has your mother have a problem with pain medications or psych drugs surrounded by the past? If so these are the only ones that should be handled on a month to month font if the person has abused the use in times gone by. And if so then your mother should be asked to Sign a pain medication contract that she will not doctor shop to get more psych or spasm medications.

Contact the tolerant advocate group of the hospital and advise them your mom is being told not to purloin her heart medications for 2 days a month and her Dr will not refill her meds but once every 32 days.This does not sound decriminalized and is a violation of the Dr's ethics, by law the dr must top up her meds every 30 days since she is taking some serious meds like heart meds and its been an ongoing condition, I suggest you contact the state board of health and wallet a complain. This dr is playing games with her life and this DR sounds incompetent and needs to explain his/her activities.
