Always exhausted and within a spray, irregular sleep. Anemia? Hypotension?

I should just see a doctor I know, but since i've been in college, no business how much I sleep, I am always exhausted and in a mental haze. I can never come across to stop yawning. I also have abnormal sleep sometimes, where I will sleep for 13 hours, own extremely vivid dreams, and be even more tired, anxious, and out of it then usual. I also get extremely light head after defecation sometimes. Low blood pressure? Oh yeah I also have very bad anxiety disorder and mild depression so I am on Klonapin and Cymbalta. Educated suggestion only please. P.s. I am only 21......why do I feel close to I'm 50 and sick......
Answers:    Dude, I think this is common for all college students. Seriously. I am a psych core at a university, about to go to grad school. First bad, Anxiety and Depression are the most common disorders in college students. One out of 4 have some form of disorder, and those are the two most adjectives. I actually did go to the doctor for all the symptoms you said roughly speaking (except the light headedness after defecating...). I have anxiety, I get shaky or lightheaded sometimes randomly, tired it seems like adjectives the time, I described to the counselor, psychiatrist, and doctor, that it feels like I am always surrounded by a "dream", you say haze which sounds better. It's like how you be aware of when you try running through water? Or something? College just puts way too much stress on us I give attention to. But, since you are going to college, you probably have some form of cheap student health? Go check it out anyways and see. It may be your thyroid or bad blood pressure, or something completely else. Does caffeine catch you ill quickly too? I also have that problem. If you ever amount out what it is you should let me know. I got tested so many times working near the 3 professionals mentioned above and all they could tell me is maybe to switch my diet and that I have bad anxiety. (It sucks feeling so old)
