I want to whip diet pills but I hold a dignified resting heart rate?

I am 32 and about 75lbs over weight. I am trying to lose it but the progress is very slow. I used diet pills surrounded by the past such as Xenadrine to great effect. I'd like to take something close to that again most contain stimulant ingredients like caffeine etc. I want to take them but I am worried as I have a high-ranking resting heart rate of 90bpm. My doctor had it checked out and it seems to be due to anemia and no problem with my heart so would it be sheltered to take a stimulemt diet pill?
Answers:     stimulant diet pills would not be ideal because your heart rate would increase further and result in minor unpleasant side effects such as sweating, palpitations etc.Best thing would be to try an appetite suppressant like phentermine or the diet pill alli rhat works by blocking absorbtion of fats from the foods you get through.I hope this helps u honey:)xxx Source(s): NURSE
You don't want to take a stimulant as you run the risk of increasing your heart rate even further. There tend to be three different types of diet pills, so instead of stimulant, so I would go for an appetite suppressants or a round binder instead.
ou are unsure what to go for, you can find a description of the different types of diet pills and how they work here - http://www.diet-reviews.co.uk/slimming-p…

Hope this helps x
