Answers:    Frankie, Before I manufacture any suggestions as to what may be causing your problem, I'd like to make an big correction to something you stated, "i keep worrying im gonna have a heart attack but if ur gonna have a heart attack you hold chest pain i havent got any pain..."
s a adjectives misconception that all heart attacks are accompanied by chest pain, tightness, radiating twinge to the jaw, etc! This is NOT the case. While I mentioned some of the common symptoms associated next to a myocardial infarction (AMI or heart attack) they need not be present. In fact, many heart attacks are "silent", exhibiting no symptoms whatever---and these types are habitually the most dangerous and fatal.

Ok, that being said, I am NOT suggesting you are going to own a heart attack; actually, it seems likely that what you are experiencing is some form of rhythm disturbance such as PAT, SVT, etc. The certainty you were ill last week---and possibly had a fever-----shed some light on the brief medical history you provided. I am sure this condition has made you severely nervous and stressed, which will no doubt play a role in the frequency of these episodes. I do suggest you contact your physician again and explain these symptoms---and I am slightly sure she/he will want to run an ECG (electrocardiogram) which will assist in determining the cause of these rhythm variations.

Coxsackievirus is the commonest cause but influenza A and B can cause it too.

If it be me, I would go back to my GP and ensure he does an ECG (you didn't mention it?), FBC, U&E, CK, ESR or CRP and LFT. They may have already done this and if it's middle-of-the-road that's a good sign. They may also want to do a chest X-ray. If any of these tests are indicative.
