Could this be angina?
For the last 2 years i've had "episodes"(as i call them)where I fearful heart palpitations(so bad,i can't even get up and walk or i consistency like my heart's gonna' burst),bad headaches,(usually migraines, since i suffer from them)fatigue, and sometimes nausea or over salivation.I never put two and two together since i thought it be maybe different symptoms caused by ,y usual migraines. But for almost two weeks now (non-stop) i've have these symptoms.except now they seem to be accompanied by arthritis-like symptoms(horrible common pain and stiff neck)and now,it hurts when i breathe deep, close to a ticklish sensation almost. It gets better for a few hours but the it comes back worse.I know i should go to the doctor but i hold no medical insurance.Could this be angina? How can I feel better? Could it be something else? Thank You
