Adult fluid intake requirements ?
I have read in a medical book that an adult living surrounded by the UK requires about 1.6 litres of fluid per day.
it is safe to consume more liquid than that, however be wary of what you consume. Consuming large amounts of caffeine can cause all sorts of problem. It's other best to drink water whenever passable, just don't guzzle it, or drink it non stop because you can in fact get sick from drinking it that way. Drinking normal amounts of fluids thru out the year is perfectly fine and you will be healthier for it.
You don't want to take any notice of all that useless crap! Drink what you want, surrounded by the amounts that satisfies your body, not what some idiot tells you in a book.
