Is 48 bpm chancy for my condition, should I see a doctor?

I am 23, and not very active. I am barely overweight, and I enjoy chronically low blood pressure.

Are you very fit and athletic? In an athletic person, it can be quite adjectives to have a HR below 50. Absolute bradycardia is defined as below 40 beats per minute. If you are not very athletic, it's worth seeing your GP so he can do an ECG trace. In some cases a low HR can indicate a conduction abnormality.
