18 year antediluvian womanly, possible heart condition?
For the past year specifically i've had terrible chest pains that ending anywhere from several seconds to several minutes. The pains come out of nowhere and i've yet to say anything to anyone because 1. i integer i'm still growing bla bla bla etc etc and 2. with the current financial status of my family i don't even want to think roughly what even getting tests done would cost. But recently my left arm have started getting sore during these episodes and i almost passed out from the pain on only one occasion.
for times past 3 or 4 years i've had aches in my ribs that, again, come out of nowhere. it feel like they are splitting and it is excruciating when it happens but was never commonly enough for me to do anything about it.
If anyone has any hypothesis of what this could be, any help would be appreciated.

what your expieriencing dosent sound normal at adjectives, i know you said your family is in a tough situation financially, at this very minute of your duration, your number one priority should be to see a doctor hopefully a cardiologist, I dont want to scare you, but is anything a bigger deal than death?
