25 Female have uncharacteristic chest backache?
Im 25 female, and over the past few days have chest stomach-ache that develops for a while and then goes away. I dont have insurance so I dont want to budge to the doctor if at all possible. I HAVE been pretty stressed out the past couple of days, and the dark before last, stayed up all darkness and got one hour of sleep before working the following day..possibly that could have something to do with it? A manifestation of stress? The pain im experiencing seem to be right around where my heart would be...and is weird...like a tightness but leisurely gets more painful, even for a few seconds...sometimes longer, since it goes away. It generally overall lingers for perchance 20 min or even longer..When i have the problem i do get pain to the front and side of my d¨Ścolletage...and right now when i breathe deep i have a distress in one area of my back shoulder. I want to consider im just psyching my self(freaking myself out) and that Its not a heart problem...I'm generally a pretty healthy soul and not overweight. I recently pretty much gave up smoking (after 5 years) ..but occasionally have one. And hoping that working at a pizza place over days gone by 5 or 6 years and eating it quite often hasnt have an effect...you wouldnt be able to tell my looking at me, but I guess you never know whats going on in your arteries...I dont know, I know you are never to infantile but I always think I am too young hold a heart problem...Any answers appreciated

I'm in my twenties too. I've had chest wall inflammation before. Like your ribcage and the tissue between the ribs is sore. And it hurts to run a deep breath. And it's a lot more common than heart symptoms for nation in their twenties. If you can take an NSAID (non steroidal anti inflamatory drug) like ibubprofen, consequently do so. That's what the docs told me to do when I had chest wall inflamation. I took four Advil every six hours under the doctor's observation for a few days, and I feel better. But don't ever take more than two at a time unless a doctor tells you it's ok.
It's the middle of the night or maybe the initiation of a busy workday when you suddenly feel pain in your chest. You try to humiliate it at first, but your chest pain has you scared and worried. Could you be have a heart attack? Should you go to the emergency room?
