Can anyone contained by the medical profession explain how multisystem dead loss and digixon toxicity are related?

My daughter died of this, but everything I can find on the web you have to pay for a book. Since I with the sole purpose want this information, I hope there is someone out there who can help me.

Answers:    Digoxin often causes multi-system damp squib, usually by way of a drug interaction or accidental poisoning. It directly affects the function of the heart, nervous system and GI as powerfully.
The drug is not currently used as commonly as it once was for these reasons.

A high or chronic Digoxin toxic level impair cell membrane function leading to an inability to shift electrolytes across the cell membrane. As a result every major system can be effected to varying degree, with the heart, brain, & kidneys being most prone to damage at the cellular plane.
