Random roller coaster feeling/adrenaline rush?

Okay so.... every time i think VERY deeply about stupid crap, resembling repetative stuff like breathing or people clapping their hands to a throb, or anything repetative, i get a horrible roller coaster feeling/ adrenaline rush. i HATE IT. it happens all the time, similar to 10 times a day. I always start thinking WAY too deeply, and i start moving around to try to quarrel off the feeling. sometimes i fall surrounded by the floor trying to get it to go away. the feeling happen from 3 to 10 seconds. doctors put me in a heart monitor, but i have the emotion so fast that i do not have the time to press the button to tell them that something is wrong. when the awareness happens, i lose all conciousness of everything around me. i have considered seizure, but doctors say it is something else. i went in lately for an EEG, (sleep test) and they found out i have neuro cardiogenic syncope. it's a heart problem where my heart isn't strong enough to pump the blood from my legs put a bet on up to my brain, causing me to randomly pass out. doctors deliberate that they have finally figured out what is wrong with me, but i am still have this horrible horrible feeling. does anyone know how to help me? i have be having this problem for many many years very soon. it only used to happen when i was riding within a car, or moving. but now it has gotten so much worse and happen when i'm thinking too deeply. please do not tell me to get over it, i own heard this so many times. every time i tell a doctor almost this "roller coaster feeling" they think i'm insane. PLEASE. SOMEONE HELP ME. this feeling is making me crazy and i am dying to find out what is wrong with me. someone support me PLEASE?!!?!
Answers:     Your body releases adrenaline (epinephrine) naturally when your body thinks it's contained by a stressful or abnormal situation or when you get anxious. It releases from your adrenal glands, which sit right on top of your kidneys, which would explain the roller coaster sentiment you're getting. You know how you get butterflies when you think about someone you approaching? It's the same concept.
asking your doctor about anxiety medicine, it might support with the feeling that causes your roller coaster problem.

i feel the very same hunch when my heart is acting up
motion sickness will cause it also
I think you have orthostatic hypotension. If so, you have to experience tilt table test.
