Is my heart shabby and surrounded by risk?

When I go for jogging, I get tired speedily (in about 5 minutes) and my heartbeats soar, and after 30 minutes, I can hear my beat, and my heart recovers really slow. (Maybe I'm out of shape)
times when I am resting (such as now), my disappeared shoulder to left fingers feel so tingling, heavy, and tired

Rarely, I discern 'thud' (like heart collapsing) in my chest and little pain for few seconds.

What might be my problem? Should I quit running? I'm worried that I might collapse and die running or doing some other energetic activities, which I enjoy doing.
Answers:     Well firstly they are all correct when they say that you need to dance to a doctor. However, from your response, it is clear that you don't heed to advise quickly. Your reply to people who are helping you are sarcastic. Did you know that the negative emotions might be the reason for your heart trouble? If you don't believe me, check this article out [at lowest possible you can do this, it's free] http://completewellbeing.com/article/junk-negative-emotions/.

All the resources I have mentioned free and authentic. The advice is by experts [doctors]. You'll definitely benefit from it.

Some people on here do not thieve questions seriously. They cannot diagnose you with anything...that is only their opinion. Go to the cardiologist is good advice. However, your resting heart rate and running heart rate are fine. By irregular beat, do you mean it is not consecutive? If that is the case you may enjoy a junctional rhythm meaning that the AV Node is pumping and skipping over the sinus occasionaly. Dont be alarmed because junctional is supposed to kick in at times. A doctor can explain this better than I can. I merely know all this because I had SVT but I was cured by a catheter ablation. I have junctional tachycardia for a while after. Im not saying this is what you have. As for the tingling, maybe you own a low blood pressure. This can be fixed with medication. Above all, remain calm. I you start to verbs the body produces more adrenaline causing the heart to beat faster.

Hope this helps and honourable luck! :)
