About paroxysm...my husband have a previous catastrophe that took him contained by the hospital for several weeks,?

and during recovery period he had appropriation and now taking meds, so far he's getting well and having right supportive for everything now, how long will it take before he bring over seizure disorder?

Depending on the accident he have he may never get over it. Some people will remain prone to fits and others will never have another one. You have need of to speak to his hospital specialist for advice. The seizure could be caused by contusion of the brain. It is tricky to say when he will stop having seizure. But by ruling he is probably not allowed to drive for his and others' safety.
