Symptoms: low blood pressure, pale, cool and moist skin, confusion and disorientation, increase in heart rat: rapid,but bland, decreased urine output, and drop in blood pH

aortic dissections r usually cause by marfan syndrome. The outward physical signs of marfan syndrome r:
They r often (but not always) much taller than their peers & have a lean, lanky build beside disproportionately long arms and legs. Their fingers & toes r usually long and thin.
Their joints r loose & flexible (in other words, they r double jointed).
They may have nearsightedness or other sight problems (such as lens dislocation).
