About a Heart Murmur?
Today at the doctor's he said he can hear a heart murmur. He also checked my blood pressure, which is normal. He didn't seem to be concerned but has requested me to hold an ECG and do a heart holster that will be hooked up to me for 24hours.

Answers: Yes you can. A heart murmur is the doctor audible range the blood still move through the valve. My daughter had one as a child and it was a short time ago an innocent murmur. I applauded the doctor for being cautious.
The heart murmurs may be due to ventricular septal defect, atrial septal malfunction, mitral valve prolapse, mitral regurgitation, mitral stenosis, aortic stenosis, aortic regurgitation, pulmonary ejection click, left bundle branch block, right bundle branch block, summation gallop, diastolic knock, mitral valve first showing snap, pulmonic stenosis, patent ductus arteriosus, pericardial friction rub etc.
Some heart murmurs are harmless. Some are serious.
