148/67, should i verbs give or take a few this blood pressure?
I'm 45.I can't find any info on this spread.everything i see says 148 is borderline high, but 67 is nice and low.
Answers: The bottom number is in fact the more important one and is your case is good but the upper number is on the illustrious side. If you commit to exercising and eating well, this sort of blood pressure can often be rectify without drugs.

Consult near your primary MD: get work-up done to evaluate cardiac/other risks - the number you provided could be random; and generally not reflecting your average BP; check it for at least possible a week on regular basis (morning upon waking up, noon and since the bed time - same hours; log in readings/ keep a 'diary' and discuss this with your MD).
I would say it is a bit illustrious. But do take a few readings and record the time and number and what you be doing for a week, then bring to your family Dr, he/she would know what to do next.
