Can an Irregular Heartbeat be run of the mill?
I have an irregular heart beat, but it's a constant irregular heart beat. It beat faster when I breathe in and slower when I breathe out. This is normal to me, because it's always be that way. However, I went for my yearly check-up and they told me they looked-for to test my thyroid. So everything came back ok and that's adjectives they told me. Well, do I need to see a cardiologist now or just travel on about my business or what? Is it possible that some people just enjoy a different heart rhythm?
t helps, I'm a 23 year old female. No medication other than Yaz birth control. I eat moderately healthy and stay away from red meat, excess solid, and include as much fiber and veggies as possible. I do smoke cigarettes (about 3 a day) which obviously isn't helping. I have not had any dizziness, faint, breathlessness..etc. I do have health insurance but I have a $2,500.00 deductible. With my income it's going to be sturdy to pay this and I would rather not if this isn't a serious situation.
So should I go or not?
