Advice on reducing the risk of heart attack? can you give a hand?
hi there can anyone give me any good direction please.
oing to be forty five this year can anyone give me good suggestion on how to prevent the same thing happening to me please?
i dont want to debris the doctors time just going asking questions as i have no symptoms on the other hand.
i dont smoke and only drink very occasionally ,but am about 1 stone overweight(which im trying to reduce)
i am drastically active, i work and take belly dance classes and swim also.
nt eat much but i eat the wrong things ill grab hold of some crisps and cake in the morning then have nil all day and just get hold of biscuits before i go to bed.
also i have in the order of 10 cups of strong filter coffee(with sweetener) a day.
can anyone advise me of a better diet i can try to incorperate into my life? i know i should be ingestion more fruit and veg but what else would help?

Answers: you should really lower your caffeine intake (that's a hell of greatly less coffee! 2 -3 a day Max) cut down on the fats.
really enjoy to see your doctor and get a cholesterol test. and start taking blood thinners like aspirin, which you should discuss near your doctor before doing so. but is completely safe and is a preventative measure.
but since you know that you are at a highly developed risk then most, you should really talk to your doctor, and ask for advice on what you should do, and if you should be put on any sort of preventative medication.

those actimel things that mute colesterol cause that's what builds up and can cause heart attacks. drink lots of water to save everything clensed and whatever. you can be seemingly healthy and have a heart attack. as long as you're stirring you should be okay. try to cut down on the fats though as they can clog up the arteries. i'll probably end up having a heart attack too. two of my grandparents one on respectively side had one and my brother has tacakardia. eating formerly you go to bed isn't the best idea as your body can't digest it properly and so it stores it as fat so I don`t know try cutting down on that. that's all i can think of. i'm sure that your doctor wouldn't mind conversation to you or you could ask a biology teacher or something. if you do have a heart attack though call the doctor straight away if you own the symtoms.

MIs and Angina generally occur in those who have coronary artery disease where there is significant narrowing of the arteries.
