25 yrs ripened, athletic build.. dignified blood pressure?
I posted a previous question today.. last night when I be relaxing watching TV I had a bad thought and suddenly my heart starting racing faster than ever, and I thought I be having a heart attack. Most people seem to deliberate I had a panic attack, but I've never had anything similar to this happen to me. By the far th scariest experience of my life.
oday, I checked my blood pressure. It's been 1-2 yrs since have my blood pressure taken, however in the past and growing up it's never been above 120/80. Well today after using my dad's contrivance, it read 136/90. I'm shocked. I haven't been eating very in good health i guess, however everyone still calls me skinny.
Do I need immediate medical attention?
Answers: If you're single 25 years old, exercise regularly and has never experience an episode like one you have last night, I would recommend you see a doctor immediately. It might not be something far-reaching, but you should be on the safer side and check things out. At least a doctor can tell if there's something wrong or just make a contribution you a peace of mind.
That is over the new guideline for starting medication to prevent heart attacks and strokes.
e you are athletic you are at a greater risk than johnny sofaspud because you stress your heart more than he does.
Make an appointment to see your doctor for annual physical, which I doubt you've had since high university ball?
