Answers:    probably titanium,. It is light-weight and can be molded easily and is totally effective in its operation. longer lasting too.
I believe Mrs Bush get a tissue valve...these are made from pig (porcine) heart valve or cow's heart tissue (bovine) and fashioned into the shape needed.

I don't think Robin Williams has had his surgery all the same. Mrs. Bush had a bioprosthetic valve--a sterile tissue valve from a pig or cow.
