Can you lower blood pressure?
is it possible to lower a blood pressure by weight loss and exercise programme. My blood pressure has been indistinguishable for 5 years 155/85 and I need to lose 2 stone. Medics say there is no instant danger and it rises in my case due to white coat syndrome probably. i don't want to hold chemicals and want to do the reduction as naturally as possible.

Walking even 20 minutes per day 3 times per week..depending on your fitness level can have a big affect. its not even adjectives about the number on the scale as much as improving your cardiovascular conditioning.
my diet be basically just to avoid eating quickly food totally, eat lower fat foods or good fat like olive oil to cool, more veggies in your meal, more fruits, better grain sources..such as raisin bran or even flavored instant oatmeal at breakfast versus like cinnimon toast crunch....try to get your fiber to 20g/day

nd quit smoking haha. BP control harder with increased age, and conditions also make it harder like diabetes, or history of some species of heart disease.
